Upon receiving a property Precision takes the following steps:

  • Property is assigned to a seasoned agent who has a past track record and is accustomed to our REO client procedures. Our database continuously ranks the agents based on their past service level performances.

  • Determine occupancy status within 12 hours

  • Re-key and secure property within 12 hours

  • Provide a Broker’s Price Opinion establishing market value and list price by using market data as well as drawing from our experience of selling other similar properties in the surrounding areas. Drive by BPO is provided within 5 days and an interior BPO within 7 days.

  • Include interior and exterior photographs

  • Inspection report with written repair bids for review and approval

  • Order termite inspection, if required

  • Order/Review Preliminary Title Report

  • Customized status reports of all client properties, provided upon request

  • Monthly status report

To insure the marketability of the property Precision manages and coordinates the following:

  • Negotiate cash for keys exchange, if applicable

  • Nationwide Eviction Attorney Network with proven track record

  • Monitor: status, eviction and lock-out

  • Interior cleaning and a complete de-trashing and winterizing of property

  • Supervising and hiring subcontractors

  • Gardening and removal of exterior debris

  • Pool cleaning and maintenance

  • Precision utilizes personal bank account for agent and vendor reimbursements.
